But now I can't delete any lines of data, automatic picture scrolling won't stop showing pictures from a specific album I want u less I change the album name. As long as you do not sign out of the app you can use it. Export your data or you may lose it when iOS updates again. A third party developer is working on an app to allow offline use of CardioArm. It is in beta and works. Integrates with Apple Health. App should be out of beta by the end of DEC 2025. The supporting database has shut down. The only Qardio devices that can work with some limited functionality are the Scale and Thermometer. The Bluetooth function no longer works. Any tracking must be performed manually. All customer support ceases to exist. The edit / add buttons do nothing … so consequently one cannot keep track of the important issues of why the pressures might have changed. You have NO NOTES to review with your Dr. ### 1/5 — Qardio is gone *2025-09-28, version 2.7.4* So I got the new iPhone and when I went to use my blood pressure monitor the app required me to sign in and kept giving errors about not being able to contact the servers. Turns out Qardio filed bankruptcy and went out of business in 2024. So the app is useless and all the equipment that uses the app for reporting is also now useless There is a workaround if you use the app on your apple watch to monitor your blood pressure however when it comes to storing your data or reporting to HealthKit you need to login to the app but can’t Time to invest in a new companies blood pressure cuff and app! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Company no longer exists *2025-10-19, version 2.7.4* After getting a new phone, cuff stopped working. I can’t sign in on any device, and now both of my Qardio Base and my two blood pressure monitors are nothing more than expensive bricks. The website isn’t functioning, and there’s absolutely no customer support available. It’s extremely disappointing for a company selling health products to just abandon their customers like this. I honestly wish someone would take legal action, because these devices were costly and are now useless. It now works great, is very smooth and has all the data pints I need. Last week the app asked for a password, and I had none. I used the on screen instructions to reset password but to no avail. I found their email address and sent a request to reset password. A few minutes later they sent me a screen to reset password and it worked fine. Back in business checking my BP regularly. V2.5.0.2755. seems to have cleared this and it’s back on top from again. The hardware is great as far as a bp machine goes. The software has frankly been garbage BUT as of today the software is head and shoulders better than yesterday.
