## What is QasaStaff?

The Staff Side of Smarter Living.

QasaStaff is the companion app to QasaLiving, built for the people who keep a property running. It gives property management teams one place to handle two of the jobs that fill a front desk day - getting word out to residents, and getting parcels into the right hands.

NOTICES
Write once, reach the whole building. Publish management notices and announcements straight to residents' phones, automatically delivered in each resident's own language. No printed notices in the lift, and no message missed because it was in the wrong language.

PARCEL HAND-OVER
Hand parcels over in seconds and keep every collection on the record. Scan the QR code from the resident's phone with your camera, or enter their pickup code by hand if that's easier. Each hand-over is recorded automatically, so there is always a clear record of who collected what, and when.

BUILT AS A PAIR
QasaStaff works alongside QasaLiving, the resident app. A notice your team publishes here appears for residents there - instantly, and in their language.

QasaStaff is for authorised property management staff. You'll need an account issued by your property to sign in.

Schedule notices ahead of time
  • Pick a future date and time when you create a notice, then manage everything from the new Scheduled tab.
  • Edit or cancel a scheduled notice before it sends.
  • Notices that don't reach residents land in a Failed tab, so you can retry them.
  • Attachments now upload as soon as you pick them, with progress for each file and a retry if one fails.

  A theme that's yours
  • Choose System, Light or Dark in your profile.

  Faster parcel logging
  • A Log parcel button now sits on the Parcels tab.
  • The camera no longer freezes when you start a new scan.
  • Scanning something that isn't a pickup code now tells you so, instead of doing nothing.

  • Sending a scheduled notice right away no longer bounces you back to the list.
  • A dropped connection no longer signs you out.

Log parcels in seconds
  • New "Log Parcel" shortcut right on your Home screen.
  • Snap a photo of the parcel, or pick one from your library, and view it full screen before you save.
  • Scan the shipping label with the built-in scanner — aim at the barcode you want, with a torch for dim mail rooms.
  • We now read tracking numbers straight out of your parcel photo and offer them as one-tap suggestions.
  • Pick the unit and recipient, add an optional note, and tap "Save & log next" to keep going.
  • We warn you if a tracking number is already logged and still waiting for pickup.
  • Lost signal? Nothing you typed is lost — just try again when you're back online.

Switch organisation without signing out
  • Tap the organisation name on your Home banner to move between the organisations you work in.

 Redesigned sign-in
  • A cleaner welcome and sign-in experience, with a refreshed organisation picker.
  • We remember the email you signed in with, and prefill it on Forgot password.
  • Error messages now tell you what actually went wrong — wrong password, expired invitation, no access, or no connection.
  • Validation messages clear as soon as you fix the field, and the keyboard no longer pushes the layout around.

Parcels polish
  • Parcel photos load faster and use less data.
  • Tap any uploaded parcel photo to open it full screen.
  • A larger photo area, tidier app bar, and no more unused carrier labels.

Everywhere else
  • Screens no longer break when you use large system text sizes.
  • Country flags in the language picker, available from both Welcome and your profile.
  • Smoother loading placeholders and clearer empty states across Home, Notices and Parcels.
  • Plus assorted bug fixes and stability improvements.
