It is possible to make the Metro card a digital card with NFC support, reducing paper waste. I can’t even log in properly, and registering for a travel card is a frustrating experience. Most of the time, the process fails or doesn’t go through at all. For an app that’s supposed to make commuting easier, it does the opposite. Whoever made this app is a disaster. Tried to login with my user id and password but not working, tried resetting password and when enter new password it’s showing invalid credentials, when clicking help & contact, it’s not opening. The loading time of app is extreme. So many pop ups - Showing application initializing failed, Reference error etc. Please rebuild the app with new technologies.
