This function vanished from this version, and now I have to scroll through the full list. So annoying 😖 ### 4/5 — Lost search payee function *2025-08-25, version 4.0.0* The update looks fresh and has maintained its user friendly appeal on the most part however, with the new update you can no longer search your existing payees when making a transfer, and instead have to scroll and find them in the list - this is a time waster, frustrating and a step backwards! In a future update, it would also be helpful to see your transfer notes (between own accounts) on the debits as well as your credits. (This saves going between different accounts to track what your transfers were for). The new one is functional, sure, but I don’t think it is as user friendly. You have to hunt for basic information that should be at the fore when you enter the app. I will be deleting this and going back to using the website. Aesthetically. Also doesn’t display well on iOS. You need to do TWO further clicks just to get to basic banking data. If I’m going to bother with an APP with security parameters lower than the website….the least you can do is actually not waste my time and display my account balances! ### 2/5 — Useless devs *2023-02-27, version 3.1* Thanks for adding 2 extra steps to log in. Thanks for making it one extra click to access any features like transfers. Example standing at the checkouts Labor Day and about to pay using the app and my phone. Resets Now I’m standing there having to fish out another card to pay. Firstly how is a full stop a 'special' character? But secondly how hard is it to fix the problem that never used to exist anyway? It takes ages to login in and the new loom makes no discernible improvements. List of accounts is now cluttered & hard to read. Lots of bugs, especially with trying to transfer funds. Simple passcode login gone. Horrible interface filled up with self-promotion, 2/3rds of the screen serves no purpose with everything you want squashed into the bottom spread over multiple pages. Why not look at the logs of what in the app people use, put that front and centre? Leave the promos for billboards. I always used the app over the website so I didn't have to navigate all that rubbish. The transaction search is better now, and I like that credit and debit are separated, even if it's an extra step. Would be nice to have that split in the main view too. Buttons and icons feel more interactive, which is cool. Hope the payee search comes back – really miss that. FaceID support has been added, although it might be worth adding a notification to the app when people log in after updating because I only knew about it from seeing the pending payments update and then checking on here to see what was in the version update and then looking for the FaceID feature. The improved native display for larger phones is excellent, as is the future payments screen. Only thing that would be nice is Apple Pay, but this is something QBANK needs to work out and doesn’t relate to the performance of the app. Thankyou for listening to my feedback. ### 5/5 — Qbank app *2017-10-17, version 2.0.4* I have been with Qpcu (Qbank) for almost 43 years and have never had an issue or problem with them. I cannot rate them high enough.
