What if I physically can’t speak? What if I’m in a place where I cannot be loud? There should be an option to use text for your responses instead of voice. ### 1/5 — Can’t Even Sign Up *2020-10-23, version 3.2.5* I’ve tried to sign up for this app 3+ times and every time I do, it gets stuck on a loading screen that says, “Last Part! Uploading...” It stays that way for 45+ minutes until I finally just close out of the app. The only app support I can find is for those who own a business, which isn’t relevant signing up for this app. I’m really frustrated as I’ve heard great things about the app, but in order to sign up, I need access to assistance. ### 3/5 — Meh!! *2020-05-06, version 3.1.1* They ask your opinion but not really! For instance they will ask do you like “A” or “B” and you don’t have an option to say you don’t like neither so the company or product gets kudos because you go further in the survey without choosing one even if you don’t like it. So you don’t get paid unless you choose something. Which to me defeats the purpose of a survey because they will continue to get “forced” information. If I am going to spend time doing a survey I might as well tell the truth. They don’t want the truth.
