Deleted account and requested cancellation as per website but still being charged 3 months later. Open up to check subscription only to find that we don’t have a subscription, yet money is still getting taken from our account! She has had to restart 3 times in the app progression. Had to contact customer support each time, and they fix it, but it’s really annoying when she logs on and videos are not there. This has all happened within the past 4 weeks. I have been going through every drill and trying to level up my ball everyday! Next Level app that will definitely be popular soon. ### 4/5 — Great app *2026-07-19* It is a great app for any one to learn but not for hearing impaired. I mean there’s no subtitle when ai asking some questions. I did try to understand while have a volume up that high and bummer half of em I understand before answer it. Other half I am totally lost.
