can you please fix the facial recognition, it’s tiring to have to log in everytime you need to check your schedule, especially after working a 12 hr shift. please

Fix the app!!! So much issues!!! You guys make so much money and can’t put a little bit towards your employees so they can see their schedule? Unbelievable! You guys are cheap!

Terrible App old one was better I can’t see audits app logs me out  My time changes It gives me not factual information I’m working and it says unscheduled shift and my schedule says I’m scheduled for that day my pto days change and my hrs. Work are not calculating correctly this app is terribly annoying. Need New improved app with accurate info. Please Thank You

It seems that there are still bugs to be fixed. There’s no reason why I’ve been trying at least 12 times to turn on facial recognition after signing in and still can’t do it. Nor do certain pages load for no apparent reason. If I try and look at my schedule today for this week, and then choose to look at my previous week the previous week never shows. What gives? To me this app doesn’t deserve one star but I may have to give one just to complete my survey.😕

This app was just fine until they update it and now I can’t log in. So I can’t check my schedule, request days off, or do anything.

Won’t accept sign in credentials or offer alternative solutions. Click “forgot password”, put in your email address for them to send you a password reset link and the email never comes. Apparently no one is monitoring this app.
