### 1/5 — Manikin problem

*2026-06-27, version 8.0.6*

Won’t update module on QCPR manikin even though it recognised it and connected

### 1/5 — 15:2 not supported

*2026-05-16, version 8.0.5*

The app which normally runs very smoothly, refuses to acknowledge any rescue breaths whilst using the new 15:2 protocol. This needs to be fixed asap or the entire setup is rendered obsolete.

### 2/5 — Qcrashpr

*2026-04-22*

The app is good for what it is. If it worked it would be fine, however trying to connect to any models then launching it causes it to crash instantly. No options for non mobile either

### 1/5 — Useless

*2025-10-21, version 8.0.0*

Can’t use app as when ever we open it the screen greys out with a notice about migrating results to newest version and to not shut down as this could take two minutes. We don’t shut down but this happens every time and the greyed out screen won’t go away making the app unusable. Please fix

### 1/5 — Force closes and slow to link

*2024-11-16*

The more and more updates I get, the more I begin to hate these. With the new update it forces close in the middle of a practice session which is embarrassing for this price point.

Would be great if you can name the manikins. Sometimes when I have 12 manikins on and everything is named “little”, it’s hard to find what I want.

With Red Cross curriculum you a lot of practices require 3 rounds of cpr where the manikins can do either 1 min or 2 mins.

With the infant manikins, the babies cry when they feel like it with the auto “cry” off. They also work when you press the button but the cry b4 the button is pressed

Infant manikin feel and body movements are not a natural feel compared to the Prestans

We need to make these manikins link faster. It’s a hassle with large groups

### 5/5 — Incredible.

*2024-11-14*

We use this technology at our uni for our paramedic students, and I also run a private company teaching paediatric first aid.
The app fell apart for a few months where there were so many glitches and I was ready to give 0 stars (in fact I think I left a review on this already!) but it seems to have all been fixed and better than ever.
I was able to run a workshop last night for 30 parents, and with the app every single person could get feedback on their CPR. One parent even said it was like having me there one on one with them the whole time. But it is better than that- we can look exactly where they go wrong, and trouble shoot it! Ie tip the head back, allow for more recoil, or blow less air etc.
I honestly don’t know what the point is in teaching CPR if the participant/student can’t get detailed feedback on how well they are doing, look at how they can improve, and change it again for their next stint. This app is literally life saving, and should honestly be compulsory for all manikins.
So great for our students at uni too- in particular when ventilating and looking at the results from that. So great to use the data in their assessments and provide feedback. Thank you Laerdal for listening to all our feedback regarding the app!

**Developer response:** Hello and thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback on the app. We are currently working on improving the overall experience and also continuously looking on improving the performances for manikin connection and the reducing the time to start the session or the connection stability. Please don't hesitate to contact the support through https://laerdal.com/support/customer-service/contact-us/ with details about the manikins you are using (model, how many), your setup (protocols, guidelines). Thanks in advance.

### 2/5 — Problem in the time

*2024-11-11*

The timing of chest compressions is not working and it keeps logging me out it used to work properly

### 2/5 — Cannot yet use for nls training

*2024-11-01, version 7.0.0*

App works ok but please can you update to allow for in hospital 3;1 nls ratios so this can be used on erc and rcuk courses

### 1/5 — V7.0.0 - don’t! Just don’t…

*2024-10-29*

Don’t upgrade to v 7.0.0… the scoring algorithm is incorrect! If you have V 6.7.x - keep it!

### 3/5 — Problem z aktualizacją

*2024-10-13, version 7.0.0*

Aplikacja po aktualizacji nie pokazuje wyników na IPad 9gen. Zamiast wyniku np 89 pokazuje tylo 8. Do tej pory wszystko działało
