Needed to use Apple Pay. ### 2/5 — Great customer service but poor quality car *2026-08-10, version 7.4.7* I found the staff to be great and accommodating. I really appreciated William and his care for me as a customer. What I found to be poor is the condition of the car. I was expecting a car that still looked good and up to 3 years of age, but what I got was an old car that should have been retired by now. It ran well as an oldie but it was is not value for money. Then I found the SRS side impact airbag malfunctioning and other areas in need of repair. I certainly don’t hope that Apex can redo better and wouldn’t try to do so! ### 2/5 — Glitchy payment page *2026-06-08, version 7.4.3* The deals and filtering when searching are great. Unable to secure the vehicle however, due to issues on the payment page. It appears to be glitchy and also progresses on to next step before clicking and confirming. ### 1/5 — NU Worst Ever *2025-09-16, version 7.1.3* Be aware of this car rental service, they have the worst service, dirty, nasty cars, will never consider using this app anymore for offering this car rental place that misrepresents the cars that they have in their inventory ### 1/5 — Never EVER use QEEQ!!!!! *2025-09-04, version 7.1.3* The supplier was unreachable at the reservation time and kept my family waiting for 3 hours in the Sydney airport. Then they said the car wouldn’t be ready until the end of the day and my family should take 2 Ubers which they promised to reimburse. The rental car didn’t arrive until 15 hours after the reserved pickup time. Guess what? Rush Car Rentals refused to reimburse the Ubers and has not refunded my deposit. What has QEEQ done to ensure any accountability from their car rental supplier? Absolutely nothing. Never use QEEQ and never rent from Rush Car Rentals EVER. ### 1/5 — SCAM Company *2025-09-01, version 7.1.3* DO NOT use this company. Having booked a car in Houston Texas, I received a call from QEEQ on the morning of collection asking did I want to cancel. I told them absolutely not, I was ready to collect the car in two hours. When I got to the rental company they told me the car had been cancelled. QEEQ cancelled my rental on the day of pickup and then charged me a late cancellation fee. Horrible customer service will never use this company again. In the time I managed to cross the Atlantic Alamo failed to organise a car as per my agreement. I’m still waiting. I’m tired, fed up and I hate you ### 1/5 — Worst agent ever *2026-07-23, version 7.4.6* Agent try to find a way to charge extra. Firstly to recommend us to upgrade our car. We turned down . Then he charging us for road assistance with extra $2xx without proper consent. We declined then he tried to trying charging my wife for additional diver. And he said he thought she was my daughter. Very respectful. Very rude. Zero communication. ### 1/5 — Used to be good *2026-07-21, version 7.4.4* They used to be a good source of discounts for my travel. I think I used them for at least 5 years, however now the app is very buggy and they will overcharge you. BEWARE. Last two times I booked, they made major mistakes in my booking (eg. I booked for two days which looked fine in the app, but the rental car company showed a booking of 120 days!). I used to put up with it but the last time it glitched they charged me and refused a refund. Luckily that charge was for one day. Ford exbidition ### 1/5 — NOT A GOOD OPTION FOR MEXICO *2026-03-31, version 7.4.1* You pay dirt cheap on the app and then you have to pay again when renting the vehicle. My $12-13 booking cost me an additional $130 in insurance. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-03-15, version 7.3.0* The worker behind the desk canceled my booking before the booking time and I was not issued a refund ### 1/5 — Botched a simple booking *2026-02-18, version 7.3.0* Just arrived at a Budget office and found out QEEQ didn’t log in the booking properly, wasting so much time both for me and the rental office person - who said if she were to use the reservation as is, I’d have to pay over $40 extra *per day*! At the time of writing this, the issue is still not resolved but whatever the outcome, I’ll definitely avoid using this service in the future! ### 1/5 — Terrible app, terrible service *2026-02-15, version 7.3.0* Unable to make a booking through both app and website. Customer service advised booking directly with the supplier which made no sense because that cuts Qeeq out and voids any discount we’d be getting. ### 1/5 — Horrible experience *2026-01-03, version 7.2.6* I rented a car with Avis through QEEQ. Avis had no cars available the night of our reservation - none even the next day. QEEQ could not help us. I had to find my own car to rent 2 days later and I still have not been reimbursed for a car I never got - it's been over a week. I also had to pay $100 in uber fees that was not in my budget so no car and over $400 spent and nothing to show for it. They say they are looking into it and it can take up to 20 days. Very frustrating and I will be sure never to use this agency again and I have been warning others too I understand the issue was Avis who had no cars but QEeQ hasn't made it right and wasn't much help in finding a solution ### 1/5 — Extremely disappointing and stressful experience *2025-10-15, version 7.1.5* I’m very disappointed with QEEQ.COM. I prepaid for a car rental and full insurance in good faith. Before booking, I confirmed several times that I could use my debit card, and QEEQ support confirmed it was fine. When I arrived at Avis Albany (NY) to pick up the car, I was denied service, because Avis said they only accept credit cards. I was left without a car, wasted time and money, and had to pay for taxis. After that, QEEQ started “passing me around” between departments — asking for new documents, promising to contact the supplier, and delaying responses. They even asked me for my bank statement, which is totally unreasonable and private information. It’s been weeks of stress and wasted time. They still haven’t provided a full refund or accepted responsibility for giving wrong information about debit card acceptance. I’ve already reported this case to the New York Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Bureau. QEEQ has a good-looking app and easy booking system, but their customer service and accountability are terrible.
