A good range of styles, eras & genres on offer here. And reasonable value. The only drawback is the some concerts don’t seem to have a “track selection” option or “track listing”, but as far as I understand it, this is an unavoidable consequence of media formatting from some content providers??? ### 3/5 — Suspicious *2025-10-23* An app from Montreal but no Lara Fabian’s concert?! ### 3/5 — Has issues *2025-02-27, version 3.16.4* The app on my Apple TV works fine but the app on my iPhone has issues. The “Play complete show” button is non functional so you have to play individual tracks and if you’re watching a video with no track list E.g. So I’m quite disappointed in their selection which appears to be mostly the really popular bands. I have several iOS devices and three family members with iOS devices. This, like Netflix, etc., should be shareable with family members. I will watch what I want to watch and then discard the subscription. If I find a few more things I want to watch, I’ll save them up and get a short subscription and then delete it again. Want to make proper, continuous income? Allow family sharing. You would think you guys would upgrade your platform to provide a better experience. If you guys went his route I and I would expect many others would pay for the subscription. ### 1/5 — Lack of new content *2024-07-24* Originally, I was excited for the application and it’s concert service, but after having it for a few months, I feel that the lack of new content is disappointing. I don’t think I’ve seen any new concerts added. The app keeps suggesting the same old concerts that I already saw. I thought that because it was a service they were going to continue adding new concerts at some sort of frequency. This was not the case. I think you are better off of you just buying a month or two instead of buying a whole year. Unfortunately I did buy a year so I’m kind of stuck with this service, that lacks new content. Buyer Beware! *2023-03-29, version 3.16.1* This is a shameful business with poor business practices. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP! I was expecting 7 days for free when reviewing. Selected the yearly membership and they billed me immediately. A majority of the concerts are not in high def and stereo, and when I went to cancel same day I could not get my money back! No reply from customer service, and no one to assist. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP or pay for service! It works fine on my other Apple devices, such as Mac and iPads, but just not the TV. ### 1/5 — Endless “Free Trial” Loop! *2022-12-14, version 3.16.1* I down loaded the app on Apple TV and on my iPad and signed up for the “Free Trial” through Apple. I can’t watch anything on either app, I hit play, and it goes the the “Start Fee Trail” screen, over and over again! I got frustrated and ended my “Free Trial” and deleted both apps. Love all the choices I have! ### 5/5 — Better than time travel *2026-03-11, version 3.17.1* As I am growing older, I have found memories of the bands that I was raised on, and want to share them with my children and grandchildren. Before Qello I was limited to looking for used DVDs on the various websites. When I stumbled upon Qello, I realized that there were more shows and more bands that I never knew existed. I am now able to not only enjoy the shows from my era, but now my children can also share their favorite groups with me as well. Plus, it’s a fraction of the cost of buying DVD players and used DVDs.
