Aplikace jako takova je super, funguje vetsinou spolehlive, snadno zaplatite ucet, nekde si i objednate. Ale od te doby, co si zacali uctovat poplatek (prirazku) ke kazde platbe uz to za to teda nestoji. Proc vyhodit 400-500 rocne?

The app is great, whenever a restaurant has the possibility to pay with Qerko, I always use it. But it is very aggressive when it comes to requests to allow push notifications. Every second time I pay, I have to indicate that I do not want the push notifications. I think once is enough. You should be able to remember my decision.

Appka je uzivatelsky skvela, co me vsak neuveritelne vytaci jsou stupidne tvarici se smajlici u zanechavani spropitneho. Napuceny vyraz naznacujici, ze kdo neda spropitne alespon 5+%, je dement, me az nezdrave drazdi. Proberu to s psychologem, do te doby vsak zadne dysko zanechavat nebudu, jelikoz ja se soudit nejakym pitomym smajlikem nenecham.

Every time I want to use the app I found myself logged off and I have to log back in. That’s especially frustrating because even though I use the Apple sign in I cannot use FaceID like with other apps. So there are always additional steps I have to walk through making the experience actually slower than paying in a regular way. This wasn’t happening a few months back before you added stuff like stories which serves zero purpose to me and the daily menus in them are even often broken. Maybe you should focus on the core functionality and make it work properly instead of adding irrelevant new features.

I was just trying to pay (walked out without realizing the payment wasn’t complete - boo!-), then tried to correct the problem by trying to pay again and several more times with my Apple Card. Eventually, on a whim switched to a local bank debit card which worked. Angry my Apple Card wasn’t accepted. Used the Apple Pay process with both cards, if that helps the developer track the issue.

Unfortunately, the Apple Card is currently limited to the U.S. For smoother transactions abroad, we recommend using a different card and we assure you of an excellent experience with Qerko in the future. I tried a Visa credit card, a Mastercard credit card, my Bank of America debit card, Apple Pay.

Nothing works.

For foreigners visiting Czech Republic, this app is worthless.

Dříve výborná aplikace se stala nepoužitelnou, neboť platbu pomocí ní nelze dokončit. Vždy se zobrazí jen “někde se stala chyba”.
