QGenome has been developed by Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust's Regional Genetics service, a partner in the South East Genomic Medicine Service Alliance, and UBQO to provide streamlined inherited genomic risk assessment, testing and referral guidance in an accessible and user-friendly format. QGenome enables users to decide which patients may be eligible for genomic investigations and risk assessment, in line with the NHSE Genomic Test Directory and published literature. It provides clinicians with a framework of questions that can be used in their clinical approach when managing patients who are concerned about an inherited susceptibility to disease. The application allows users to access up to date clinical guidance, at the ‘point of care’, and delivers a time-efficient mechanism to instigate genomic evaluation and onward referrals, where necessary. Any plans to allow access again? ### 1/5 — Cancer Genetics App Has Disappeared *2022-05-12* As a GP I found the cancer genetics app incredibly helpful to to counsel patients concerned regarding their family history of cancer. It seems to be replaced by this new app that does nothing - just says that my library contains nothing (whatever that means!). No way of accessing the genetic assessment function. I tried to feedback to the developer via their website but just got an error message when I submitted my message. **Developer response:** We are sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with the new app. Please contact us here https://qgenome.co.uk/contact and we will resolve your issues. We have recently updated the app to provide additional genomic content for GP's and Genetic Counsellors.
