For instance, shop owners have direct visibility of customers' card numbers and CVV codes. Furthermore, some agents provide false information regarding transaction fees, claiming a 2,000 IQD fee for themselves and another 2,000 IQD for the bank on a 300,000 IQD withdrawal. Additionally, deposits made in the Kurdistan Region are not registered under the account holder's name as they would be at an official institution; instead, they are processed under the name of the shop owner transferring the funds.
