Everything is dependent on the age old way reaching call centre and wait for the agent to get connected, it’s almost 5 minutes wait time to reach the agent. The funniest part is they have all time to reconfirm appointment that also multiple times; Technology wise these guys are very dated. ### 1/5 — Very Pathetic app *2024-01-18* Giving this rating for appointment booking feature only. While the world has moved on to a digital era, QI Spine pushes patient 10-15 years back by forcing them to book appointment by calling on their call center. The receptionist in the clinic even can’t do that. Neither does the patient cancel/postpone any appointment on app. It is one way communication in the app. Patient can’t do anything in app other than viewing info forced on to them on app. ### 1/5 — Not working on Iphone *2023-06-15* Please check and fix the problem as It doesn’t allow you to click the “next” as shown in the pictures here. **Developer response:** The issue you are referring to is now resolved in our latest update. I was not able to walk , bend knee, sit on floor etc. All thanks to Dr.Aditi Wade and Dr.Jyoti jha’s treatment in Andheri west clinic , just after 4 sessions of physio i was Almost pain free. And after 8 Sessions today i m Having full range of knee motion , can sit on floor, walk fast, and there is no swelling or pain of any kind. I have completely Avoided the knee surgery which i was planning in January !!! Highly recommended this clinic ! ### 5/5 — 21st century treatment *2024-11-28* Their treatment is cutting edge. Must try. ### 5/5 — Amazing Team and Treatment *2024-04-20* I walked into Qi Spine for second time after 4 years, this time for the back pain from injury I encountered. After initial consultation I was put on customised programme based on limited time I had on hand. With close attention, detailing and care lead by Dr. Komal and helped by Dr. Anjali, in span of 4 weeks my pain is almost gone and I am able to walk for longer time. Always thought that back ache is because of the bones however the Doctor explained to me so well that it’s the muscle and not the bones. Doctors and front desk at the clinic are so welcoming and nurturing…. I must say that this is the one stop solution when it comes to anyone’s back or neck pain.
