برنامج فاشل للأسف الكثير استعمله ولم ينجحوا في تلبيه طلباتهم عندما يكون رقم الجوال خارج نطاق الخدمة .
استعماله بين الحسبات البنكية فقط .

البرنامج كل شهرين يصير له خلل وميعلق واضطر ارجع انزله مره ثانيه وبعد شهرين نفس المشكله !!!! اقترح يفعلون خاصية البصمه للايفون ويفكونا من الصداع
Every few months the glitch start to refuse to access and had to reinstall the Application again and after few months the application glitch start again 
I suggest to use the iPhone fingerprint to access like other banks instead of that application

This App is really helpful especially for people who travel a lot. But I'm struggling with a problem , it hangs every two months approximately and I have to delete it and reinstall it. It must be a way to fix this bug! Best regards.

Hi,

It's a good and simple app for OTP but could be better. 

Every few months the app crashes and then i have to call the call center to remove it from my profile, reinstall the app from the app store, activate the app again. 

i am using other OTP solutions  for other sites and office , never had such issues with their OTP soft token app.

i urge QIB to resolve the app crash issue or get a better soft token app or make the process of enrolling the app easier.
