I was a little skeptical about this app and PooBoo in general. Everything just seems a bit sketchy. There are no directions, so you just have to try things until it works. There are 2 connections on the cord. No idea what they are for. Seems to work plugged into the black one. When I first started the app, it asked for a 16 digit code. No idea, but I tried a number that was on the bag the cable came in and it worked. Not saying the developer should cater to English speakers, but another language would help. The games are fun, but when the countdown timer reaches zero, it doesn’t give you notice what’s coming next. Overall, this is OK and a fun way to get some exercise in. Everything is guesswork.

Die App kann ich nicht nutzen. Beim Verbinden mit den Kabeln startet ständig Siri. Wenn ich Siri deaktiviere startet die Sprachsteuerung.
Wenn ich dann versuche das Training zu starten, erscheint das Feld zur Code Eingabe nicht. Dadurch startet das Training nicht und die App und das Bike sind unbrauchbar.

I bought the bike, and fighting with customer service about phones etc. the app will not allow you to enter info after a certain point it turns to a foreign language that’s not readable if you only speak/read english. What a waste, you offer something to accompany your product and it cannot be used world wide.

Wenn nach der Dateneingabe eine chinesische Fehlermeldung kommt, einfach einen anderen Nickname ausprobieren. Der darf nämlich weltweit nur einmal vergeben sein. Seit Kreativ - dann funktioniert es einwandfrei.

@jules: Natürlich benötigt die App Zugriff auf die Mikrofonbuchse da es ausser BT auch per Klinkenkabel angeschlossen werden kann...

Works great with headphone adapter for lightning port. Easy to register, find a course, off and competing. 

I did have to convert pounds to kilograms and inches to centimeters but there’s an app for that!

Further to my review on the previous version in 2020, I still love this app!  However the updated version is very welcome as I can now use it on my iPad Air 2019 (in addition to my iPhone XR and old iPad) - Better on a bigger screen!  The app error messages now appear to be in English instead of Chinese so this should enable those who were stuck previously in the account set up to finally get going.  Just a suggestion... It would be great to have the option of the cycling routes where I can ‘free cycle’ at my own (unrestricted) pace for as long as I like (unrestricted) as an alternative to the non-game (speed, distance, etc) display.  Thank you.

I put in my info and got the error message in Chinese. I translated it with google translate and it says, “the name you put in is already being used.”  So all you have to do is come up with a unique name that no one else has used.
