J’adore cette appli, au contenu très qualitatif et à l’ergonomie agréable. 
Un excellent support pour pratiquer de chez soi de manière guidée, à son rythme. 
Un outil essentiel pour ceux qui veulent progresser mais dont la vie ne permet pas de suivre des cours en présentiel dans un club ou qui ne veulent pas de contraintes.
