Es wurden Parkzonen eingeführt, ist sinnvoll weil die Dinger sonst überall rumstehen, aber diese Zonen sind komplett willkürlich und manchmal an orten wo die Scooter trotzdem einfach irgendwo rumstehen. Dann fährt man morgens an die Arbeit an eine Parkzone in der Nähe und es heißt, die Parkzone sei voll. Es scheint als wäre man in den Abzockmodus umgeschwenkt. Das war das letzte Mal das ich einen Scooter nutze.

The payment process is opaque. I purchased a day pass even though I had sufficient funds, but the app still deducted a portion from my linked payment method. Then I unlinked my card because I don't this unannounced deduction directly from my card. Then I find out I had to re-bind a new card to use the day pass I had just purchased (even though my balance was still very sufficient). I understand they might need my card information as collateral, but what I don't understand is that rebinding a new card would require me to pay another €3, again. This app is riddled with traps and bundled payment schemes. I would just use up my balance and delete it forever. I don't recommend to use it. This is not about how much it is, this is about transparency.

Aufgrund dieser Dreistigkeit nicht weiter ausprobiert.

Heute hat eure Verwaltung schon wieder neue Parkzonen eingerichtet. Was zum Teufel stimmt eigentlich nicht mit euch, dass ihr die Nutzer darüber nicht vernünftig informiert?

Wegen eurer verdammten Parkplatz-Regelung hatte ich heute einen kompletten Nervenzusammenbruch. Ich bin 10 Minuten lang herumgefahren und habe verzweifelt nach einem erlaubten Parkplatz gesucht – ohne Erfolg. Aus einer Fahrt von 5 Minuten wurden plötzlich 20 Minuten. Ich habe dadurch 6 Euro verloren, bin zu meinem Termin zu spät gekommen und dort völlig aufgelöst, verheult und stinksauer angekommen.

Ihr seid komplett inkompetent. Irgendein Vollidiot hat sich diese Parkzonen ausgedacht, aber offensichtlich keine Sekunde darüber nachgedacht, dass niemand sein Fahrzeug einen Kilometer vom eigentlichen Ziel entfernt abstellen möchte. Für mich ist das eine Entscheidung von jemandem ohne jeglichen gesunden Menschenverstand.

Ihr habt mir mit diesem Unsinn den ganzen Tag ruiniert. Die Person, die sich diesen Mist ausgedacht hat, sollte erstmal selbst regelmäßig mit euren Rollern fahren und erleben, was für ein absoluter Schwachsinn das in der Praxis ist!

### 1/5 — Schlimmes Update – Unflexibel und zeitraubend!

Die Einführung der neuen Parkzonen ist eine absolute Fehlentscheidung. Früher stand das Konzept für Spontaneität, jetzt fühlt man sich wie ein Busfahrer, der starr eine feste Route abklappern muss. Durch die feste Bindung an die Parkzonen geht enorm viel kostbare Zeit verloren – Zeit, die man am Ende im Endeffekt auch noch teuer bezahlen muss. Das macht die App leider komplett unbrauchbar für mich.
