Arron fusions eastern practices of Qigong with more western theories on training and lifestyle to create a program that truly works for everyone. 

This program moves with nature and the seasons and helps you to live a healthy and balanced life full of enerqi.

This personalised approach to heath will have an incredible impact on your overall wellbeing. This comes by deepening your understanding of your body and how that relates to nature so you can flow with the seasons rather than resisting it. 
Doing this will improve your energy, mood and sleep as well as having an impact on the physical body. 

As well as this personal support you will receive nutrition guides and advice for each season based on your element, including regular recipes and useful tips.
