PS: Great game and app BUT it drains the battery about 100 times faster than MUCH more intensive apps. This problem definitely needs to be fixed. The phone gets hot too. Multiplayer: The 🏆 trophy character is illegible and the thumbs-down 👎 one is barely legible. Perhaps consider a much clearer method of indicating 'WON!' and 'Lost' at a glance (maybe differently coloured rectangles). Single Player: The reward 'fact' should be much bigger and much easier to read. PPS: There are some problems with (server capacity/connection?) timely updating of completed multiplayer games and clearing of the little red [new-messages-available] dot attached to the app icon on the iOS homescreen. Also, the 'Your Statistics' section doesn't really belong under the 'Single Player' section, but that's not important. It looks good. 😊👍 Please improve all (or most) of the above to earn five stars. 😊👍👍 Epic work. PPPS: When holding (long-pressing) a letter, please change to the following permanent placement of 3 unchanging options: Left: Green (always stays green), Centre: White (always white), Right: Red (always red). The current colour-switching method gets really annoying to the user when quickly whitening many letters. Thanks in advance. PPPPS: This app has serious server-connection / info updating problems. Under 'Past Games', some completed games are not properly labelled as 'WON' or 'LOST' and the server will eventually say 'Game forfeited. You took too long' or similar, and the win is not recorded. PPPPPS: Multiplayer game database corrupted (or something). Problems as described above persist (game results not reported/recorded, games erroneously treated as abandoned, timed-out and 'forfeited'), plus totally messed-up notifications arrive that read '[Your own username] just solved their word in _ attempts. Now it's your turn.' - App now often crashes when trying to open from tapping an iOS notification. ### 3/5 — Difficult. *2022-05-09, version 2.0* It’s ridiculously difficult. However, the terrible instructions on how to play the game left 2 of us scratching our heads for two days before actually making word sense of this. With say 7100 4 letter words in English, without a hint of what direction to pursue, this is a frustrating mess. At least in Qi there is a category that points one into a useful thought process. It appears app support is nothing more than a Google form. The game itself looks really good. The app contains so many errors and the weirdest subscription page I’ve ever seen (it appears to choose a subscription at random if you try to activate the free trial they claim to offer). It’s free to install the game, yes, it’s free to play like 10 levels and then the game locks and forces you to pay a MONTHLY fee (which is quite high for the type of game, and it’s not even a one-off payment). I’m playing with nine people at present who must like it as much as I do. Always tells me I’ve lost when I’ve won and vice versa. ### 5/5 — Qiktionary *2022-04-09, version 1.4.29* I used to play this and enjoyed it so much but then it went a bit wrong but now IT’S BACK and I’m ridiculously happy about that. Terrific game, very addictive yet simple to play, with single player and two-player modes. The more you play, the better you get, as techniques get tweaked. You can play a friend or a stranger, or play single, releasing fun facts. I would recommend there were a place you could easily leave comments and that these were attended to on at least a weekly basis I think it’s quite fun and definitely addictive which I’m not sure is entirely a good thing.
