They really keep it simple and I was getting quality meditation guidance in under a minute. Even have helpful suggestions for topics for me. Felt better right away! This rocks!!!

I was feeling anxious and needed something quick to calm me down. This app did the trick wonderfully. I don’t usually have big chunks of time in my day to mediate so this works perfectly. I use it throughout the day, a few minutes here and there, to center myself.

This app is simply amazing. It creates guided meditations tailored specifically to your needs. The soft ambient music and relaxing voice of the narrator is top notch. Generic, one size fits all meditations are a thing of the past for me now. Highly recommended!
