Took my 6.99 membership fee and wouldn’t refund it within 30 min so I decided to go ahead and use it since I had a membership now.. go to use it and it says I’m inactive and I have to pay again even though I never got refunded. Also have 6 tickets open for help and never got a response. It’s been over a week. A huge scam.
