## What is QITraq?

QITraq, from Quantic Innovations, is a mobile measurement solution for behavioral and mental health. By using passive and active sensors on your smart phone, this app helps to keep track of your emotional, cognitive, social and behavioral functioning. It can be used to support clinical trials, measurement-based care, risk management, goal attainment scaling, and other applications.
