You updated a few days ago and now my labels are not printing correctly! One print takes 3 labels and they’re all offset. No matter what adjustments I make, they’re all unusable. So disappointed. There’s no way to get any support to help me fix this. Labels I have stored don’t work anymore. What a waste of money.

when will you finally release an update?
this is only printing scrambled qr codes, i’m wasting 10 labels to get one that works! 

do your job and fix that problem
