Thanks CG ### 3/5 — To much money *2023-08-30* App is good for checking registrations but only gives you 1 option for payment credit card, a surcharge applies to payments. I would have had to pay over $4 in surcharge😡😡❌ **Developer response:** Hello there. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. The app functionality only provides for directing to the TMR Online Services site. Payments online through the TMR site can only be made by credit card. It stop working about a month ago and despite deleting and reloading consistently over the past month it gets an error every time. Annoying!! **Developer response:** Hi there. AK ### 1/5 — After five years still just one feature. *2020-03-20* Hi I think it’s time to update the app and add more features like paying rego and fines , checking demerit points on the app. NSW already have all these features. Hopefully developers will read this . I just looked at NSW Service app. That’s what we needed in qld . The app was designed with a specific purpose in mind to assist customers to manage their regos as labels were removed. We understand NSW has a more consolidated approach to their services. Currently, TMR produces apps for transport, licensing and registration needs only. AK. ### 1/5 — Update the app for qld to be as useful as nsw *2020-01-22* This app is pretty pointless. QLD is so far behind and it shows with this app, it’s time to get ahead and allow people to have a digital version of there drivers license, be able to pay fines and rego via the app and even check demerit points. This app just appears to be useless and I don’t see the point in even having an app of such poor quality on the App Store. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Many Queenslanders find the app very useful, including those in industries where checking the valid registration of a vehicle before driving it is necessary in their business. The Department is currently working on a Digital Licence App which will be piloted in the coming months on the Fraser Coast, initially. It no longer can find my registration or vin number, so kinda pointless now. I use this app on an iPad and don’t want to have to turn the iPad to view the app. This is such a basic feature to include on any app that it shows the developers have paid little attention to detail. AT ### 2/5 — Good but broken *2019-06-30* Ok so have used this app for a couple years and working great.... so now it won’t even load my rego or my partners so have to go through the online service I’m guessing. AK. ### 3/5 — Great APP needs to include stolen vehicles *2026-03-29* This is a great APP, I set reminders for my personal vehicles and stay on stop of my vehicle Registrations. Also helps with my fleet data and so I can identify make model and VIN’s of the vehicles I manage at work. One great improvement and really needed, is the ability to identify vehicles reported Stolen. The QPS can’t do this alone & there are times where stolen vehicles are scouring the streets to break into houses, with the only information available from Face Book groups. This would benefit the community greatly by being able to identify stolen cars and the community members could report immediately to Police, via a phone number provided in that part of the app. You want to win the battle of youth crime, this is a joint effort, between Community, State Govt and the frontline policing services. **Developer response:** Hi. If an update comes out searches fail immediately and there is no notification that the reason no results were found is because you are not on the latest version. LW ### 5/5 — A great app. Very handy. *2023-02-14* This app is very handy for making sure vehicles are registered. I did have some issues when the app would come back “no results found” but that was my mistake. I had mobile data turned off. TMR were very helpful with my concerns and we finally got to the bottom of the problem. Oops. Highly recommend this app. **Developer response:** Hi there. AK. ### 4/5 — Rego Check *2020-07-04* Although this is a handy app to check if your car is registered, it would be fantastic to have an extension where people could see if the plates have been reported stolen, or the car has been reported stolen. Imagine the amount of crime that police could be helped solve, with stolen cars that have been dumped or being driven shortly after being stolen. **Developer response:** Hi there.
