There have been three recent large iOS updates. Since the updates, I, as well as other Apple users, have been unable to type in the app. When we attempt it, the app shuts down. This is a significant problem as we are unable to communicate patient issues to our colleagues. This needs to be rectified expeditiously.

This is an absolutely terrible application. Frequently crashes. Users sending messages from different versions may not end up going through. It has led to much frustration and confusion when a message not received.

Crushes constantly. Messages don’t get delivered sometimes. Slow and unresponsive. Full of bugs. Unfortunately my work still makes us to use this poorly designed software.

Use this app many times every day and at least 50% of the time it freezes and unexpectedly closes when trying to send a message. Often messages that are sent to me never arrive.
Similar issues happen on the desktop version but the phone app is very poorly constructed.

I have used this for almost 4 years and it keeps crashing unexpectedly up to 3x after I type up a very lengthy message on a group chat. If you read messages on one device (phone for example), it won't show up as "read" on another device such as your computer.

This app is highly unstable. It unexpectedly crashes regularly, especially in the moments when I just taking pictures of all the forms I need to submit but right before I submit them. Fun times. Texting on this app is very frustrating. Words just disappear after typing. The fact that the last update for this app is over 2 years shows that the developers aren’t putting much stock into improving the app or at the very least making it useful to users. Unfortunately my employer uses it so I’m stuck, can’t wait until they find a better app to communicate on. I can’t wait to throw this app away

The company I work for uses this app and I really have nothing good to say about it. But for me personally, it constantly crashes, anytime I’m typing and have to close out for whatever reason and then when I return to the app everything I had typed is erased. No option to like or react to a message, not able to reply to specific messages within the conversation, and unable to “@“ someone in a response.
