There’s an issue with the app on my iPhone 11 Pro iOS 14.3. Ive deleted and tried to reinstall, but it won’t. 
Another issue is that it doesn’t give you information on your specific benefits/ entitlements. If this was available it would help greatly.

This app will not allow me to paste my password from my password manager.  I am discouraged from using strong passwords.  I have to instead use a simple and easy to type password (that will also be easy to break).  😥

Needs an update. Used to work ok for me but is no longer stable with the most recent iOS. The interface is poorly designed and could benefit from hiring a skilled interface design firm. Please improve.
