radioの音量の1／5しかなくてボソボソ何を喋ってるか聴き取り難い
改善してくれよ有料会員でも著作権JACSSで曲も流れないんだからせめて聴かせろよなぁ

ラジオは『ながら聴き』できるのが利点だと思います。

その利点を捨てて課金要素とするのはアプリの欠点を作ることになり、顧客に不快感を感じさせる要素では無いでしょうか。

動画サービスのように『動画を観る』ことがメインのサービスであれば、バックグラウンド再生は"利点"となり課金する価値がありますが、
メインの『ながら聞き』が出来ないようにし、不快感を与えて課金させるのは"欠点"でしかなく、ラジオを聴く気を失せさせます。

インターネットではバックグラウンド再生ができるようになったのであれば、早急にアプリも対応をお願いいたします。

まず、バックグラウンド再生が有料なのがとても違和感あります。ラジオって見るものではなく聴くものだと思うので。なにかをしながら聴けないならラジオではなくなってしまうきがする。有料じゃないとアプリもブラウザも閉じれもしないなんてとても不親切だと感じます。
百歩譲っても月額はおかしい。
あと、過去のアーカイブを何度も聴きなおせる、とうたっているのに過去のデータを遡ることはとても大変で、古い順に並びかえることもできないのも不便だし、前の再生履歴が残っているとそこから聴きたい回が終わるところで再生されて別の回が自動で再生されるなど、とにかくめちゃくちゃ使いにくいです。
ラジオの内容が楽しいからそこにはもちろん喜んで対価を払いたいけれど、使いにくくてイライラ→楽しく聞いて→使いにくくてイライラ、をずっと繰り返しています。お金を払って使うものとしては本当にひどいと思います。

他の方も言っていますが、有料でバックグラウンド再生をつけるのか意味がわかりません。以前あったAGQRのアプリにはデフォルトで付いていたのに、それをなくして新しいアプリにはつけないという暴挙。このサービスは主に音声のみのラジオがメインなのであって、動画が主体のYouTubeじゃないんだからバックグラウンドはデフォルトでつけておくべき。

BG再生するために有料プランに入り、番組チャンネルに加入し、イベントに来るような金払いのいいリスナーで囲いたいという意図があるのかと想像しました。
一方で、局を続けていくためにはスポンサーを募って番組を展開していくのが健全ですし、そのためにリスナーの裾野を広げてほしいなというのが正直な思いです。
PiPに対応すれば動画での広告も視聴されますし、動画番組の強さも生かせるのですから、タレント事務所側も番組側(スポンサー)にとっても利点になるのではないですか。
地上波での番組の息がどれほど続くかも分からない不安から、もう一度A&Gの再生を願って投稿します。

最近知った声優さんのラジオの会員になったのですが、過去の放送を聞くには約100回分の放送をスクロールする必要があり不便です。古い順に表示させたり、検索機能で狙った回が表示されるようにして欲しいです

バックグラウンド再生実装は喜ばしい。でも有料会員限定って。他のラジオならバックグラウンド再生ってデフォルトですよね？すごい強気っていうか何ていうか。何でA&Gアプリではデフォで出来てたことが出来なくなっちゃってるんだ。画質も最低にしないと頻繁に止まってまともに聴けないし。これなら権利？とか買い取って同じアプリで継続で良かったのでは…？と思っちゃいますね。無理なんでしょうけれども。 追記:何故かログインが勝手に解除されてることが 、これまでに二度発生。いちいちログインし直す必要があり、非常に面倒です。毎日聴いてないと勝手に解除されるんですか？あと最低画質でないと止まる問題は改善されたのですかね？お知らせとかに書いてあるのかな？追記　問い合わせた結果、ログインが定期的に解除されるのはセキュリティ上の仕様だそうです。

タイトルの通り、このアプリはバックグラウンド再生が出来ません。
ラジオ局の提供するラジオアプリ(動画付き番組もありますが)であるにも関わらず、です。
有料チャンネルをいくつ契約していようが、基本機能としてバックグラウンド再生が出来ないのであれば星一つを貰うのもおこがましいと思います。
