Love to hear what you don't like specifically. We serve over 30000 parents and we have only heard good feedback because they are in and out of the app within seconds! ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever used *2020-09-03* Run from this app if you can. User interface looks like its a decade old. Usability is zero. Couldn’t even log in as the unique ID they have me and name didn’t work and trying to reset is futile. Stay tuned. ### 1/5 — EULA is bonkers-level oppressive *2020-09-02* The End User License Agreement that users are required to agree to forces users to accept essentially infinite financial liability for things outside their control. Apple should have rejected this app as violating section 5.6 (Developer Code of Conduct) of the App Store review guidelines. **Developer response:** Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We will look at this and update the EULA. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t update *2020-08-26* This app has a good concept, but just doesn’t work as intended. It frequently dies not give a signature opportunity, even when right at the pick-up location. It doesn’t update on the teacher’s end either. I have waited 40 minutes at the school to pick up my children. Not efficient at all! ### 1/5 — Doesn't Work With iPhone 7 *2016-10-04* This is unacceptable. It's either the phone or iOS10. When I try to open the app there's no splash screen, just a black screen and then it returns back to my home screen. **Developer response:** Hello.
