Either slots are not available or menu options lead to empty page ### 3/5 — Bad ethics from a Tata brand *2024-07-23* Food is good. However, had an experience after which I stopped ordering. A key item ordered was accepted, but got a call later that this item is not available, please substitute. I declined, expecting the order to be canceled and amount refunded. A few days later when I checked on refund status, was shocked to find the order listed as delivered :( ### 2/5 — Useless App *2024-06-13, version 6.2.3* Payment doesn’t reflect on the app even after payment has made. Quicker to walk to Taj and get your food. Completely disgusted as the app stopped working and since one month following up with customer support and they took lot of time to revert and then closed issue without solving and app still doesn’t work! Privacy Policy | Terms and Conditions ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2022-01-17* There’s always a technical glitch with the payment. There’s no way to track whether the order has gone through. No way to contact the customer service. If and when the customer service team calls you they never have any answers. The team insists on placing orders online even though there’s always a glitch. They didn’t even know by when the refund would be initiated. Basically my money is stuck. Absolutely terrible tech and customer service! **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback. Resend OTP, Uninstalling and reinstalling also did not solve the problem. Could not order due to this. ### 1/5 — Extremely intrusive personal data collection *2021-12-26, version 4.0.0* This app forces you divulge unnecessary and irrelevant personal data. Even worse it then forces you to agree to be deluged with junk promotional material This is totally unacceptable and very far below the governance standards of the Taj group of which I am a very loyal customer for decades ### 4/5 — Strange issue *2021-12-19* App is asking for update but there isn’t any update available on AppStore. I have uninstalled many times to fix but still not working. Please look into this. ### 2/5 — Q min app menu for comfort food at Taj Westend *2021-12-17* Today I ordered for comfort food for 2 Pax lunch from Taj Westend, Bengaluru based on the Menu as listed on the q min website. To my surprise, my delivered ordered had lesser items then as listed on the q min website. On enquiry I was told that the delivery is as per what is their on the q min app, which unfortunately was of lesser items then as listed on the website! This is the first time I have experienced the less then pleasant experience. I have deleted the app many times but it still doesn’t work. When I add my first name, it shows an error “Please contact customer support as maximum name change limit is exceeded” ### 1/5 — Poor payment link *2024-06-16, version 6.2.3* For some time now, the App hangs after reaching the Payment stage - is doing so now too - to says it is reaching the last straw would be correct. Good food and service ruined by a kindergarten quality app ### 1/5 — Unable to place delivery *2024-05-26, version 6.2.3* Once we add items to cart and try to choose the address, the app doesn’t work. Had a really bad experience from ordering food from Vivanta by taj dwarka. The quality and taste of food was very poor!!! Waste of money ### 1/5 — Bad Service *2022-08-14* Wanted to get a home delivery, but the app didn’t function well enough. Tried to reach Taj/Qmin through customer care but I was redirected to 15-20 representatives with no answers and ultimately no one could help me with the delivery. The amount of inefficiency, lack of customer regard and incompetency is disappointing from an institution like Taj. I got to order from Taj Vivanta for my parents, picked a time slot and the order arrived right on time. The food was delicious and I was able to pay for the food using my international credit card which even big giants like Zomato don’t offer. ### 5/5 — Excellent customer service! *2022-04-08* Wow! Yummy Taj food, ordered from different restaurants all over town delivered within an hour. Food was hot, fresh and delicious! Food was delivered by an extremely courteous and polite Taj employee and wow was bowled over by their hospitality extending far beyond the hotel and still being impeccable!
