Agree with other one star reviewer.  Sign up simply does not work.  It won’t even email me a password reset.  Can’t start over because it states “email address already exists.”   And to think that this is going to be the app people need to use to get vaccines in California going forward is pretty horrifying.

Thanks for reporting this bug.  We have resolved all signup issues.  The issue you reported has been fixed with the newest release.

### 1/5 — Sign up flow is horrific

I have no idea what is going on with your sign up flow...first off why would you ever require users to add a “+1” in front of their phone number??? And then once we do that....nothing happens. You pop up about 3 modal confirmations - total overkill- then you leave me on the phone number verification screen. Wth am I supposed to do now???

We really appreciate your feedback.  Because of your feedback we were able to resolve the signup issues.  We thank you for that.  We are also planning to remove the requirement to add +1 with our next release.  Thank again
