## What is QMyTurn?

Join a clinic's queue from your phone, or book an appointment ahead of time — either way, QMyTurn keeps you updated on exactly where you stand, so you can spend that time however you want instead of sitting in a waiting room.

WHAT'S NEW IN THIS VERSION
Qmyturn screen has been redesigned around how patients actually use it. Every active ticket — a walk-in you just joined, or an appointment you booked in advance — now shows as its own clear card: your number, your position in line, the clinic and doctor, and the date and time if it's a scheduled visit. Got more than one active ticket? Swipe between them.

FIND A CLINIC IN SECONDS
Search by name or browse the map to find clinics near you, see who's available, and check estimated wait times before you head out.

JOIN THE QUEUE OR BOOK AHEAD
Walk-in queueing gets you a real ticket number and a live count of how many people are ahead of you. Prefer to plan ahead? Book an appointment with a specific doctor for a specific time instead.

STAY IN THE LOOP
Push notifications keep you posted as your turn approaches, so you're not stuck refreshing the app. Call the clinic or get turn-by-turn directions right from your ticket.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL
Manage your profile, your favourite clinics, and your notification preferences from Settings — including deleting your account and your data at any time, right from the app.

QMyTurn is used by medical clinics and physicians' offices to make in-person visits smoother for everyone. If your clinic uses QMyTurn, this is the app that keeps you off the waiting-room chair and in control of your time.
