The main issue is impossible to remove a song from a playlist 😏 - add shortcuts to add a song to a playlist when playing a song. - in the list view impossible to see which song is playing, so need to search by name ### 2/5 — Could be a lot better *2024-12-20, version 3.2.4* I’m trying to set up a music streaming service so I don’t have to rely on Spotify or Apple Music. I set up the VPN was able to connect to the network and connect with the app to the QNAP NAS and play music. Queue music does not compress the stream and it is very large.(450KB/s to 1.5MB/s) It will eat your cellular data fast compared to Spotify, which is only crumbs of data. If QNAP could fix this by adding media compression on the stream, this would be an excellent option for self-hosted streaming. Other things like the UI in the app should be completely redone copying either iTunes and Spotify and other top music apps for a better more refined user experience. Leider wird diese Einstellung nicht gespeichert. Bei jedem Neustart der App muss die Einstellung erneut gemacht werden. In der aktuellen Wiedergabe wünsche ich mir, dass neue Titel oder Alben immer hinten angestellt werden. Aktuell landen diese Titel mittendrin, je nach Sortierreihenfolge verstreut über die ganze Liste. Mir ist auch nicht ersichtlich, warum Titel von „Various Artists“ Alben einzeln angezeigt werden. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn die Entwickler einen Tipp geben könnten, was ich an den Tags ändern müsste, damit diese Alben richtig angezeigt und abgespielt werden. ### 4/5 — Everything works ok but… *2023-12-24, version 3.2.1* The most annoying issue is lack of audiobooks reading. It shows the folder structure correctly until I enter the music folder where it shows folders that don’t exist. It’s correct on the NAS. Absolute BS. Was ok for the 5 minutes before I decided to sort the music on the backend ### 2/5 — Poor user interface *2023-10-22, version 3.1.6* This app is extremely difficult to use. Not intuitive and no instructions for setup. I was finally able to set up a small play list but it took a lot of trial and error. It says that one can setup a playlist by referencing songs in your library without moving them but it always sets up a new folder and copies all songs into it or makes a second copy in the original folder. Most of the other sort features are useless. Davon würde ich gerne je ein Album bei Autofahrten offline(*) im Zugriff haben. Leider bieten die Apps auf NAS und IPhone nur einen Flat-Zugriff über alle irgendwo liegenden Mediendateien gleichzeitig, plus etwas Metadatenfilterung. Ausserdem entdeckte ich bisher keine Möglichkeit, lokal Inhalte im Iphone abzulegen, die ich während der Fahrt abspielen könnte. (*): via Cloud ist es mir zu unsicher- und die Anmeldung vom Nas in die Cloud misslingt eh nicht nur bei mir.. ### 3/5 — Geht so *2023-06-06, version 3.1.6* Eigentlich funktioniert die App für meine Zwecke ganz gut. Es ist nur mega nervig, dass ich mich bei Musik die ich im Download Ordner habe, nicht darauf verlassen kann, dass die App an der Stelle weiter macht an der ich das letzte Mal pausiert habe.
