### 1/5 — What a joke of a BaNkInG app

Let’s not talk about the really bad design and colors and how in 2025 and app does not have dark mode support, but the response time of the app is hilarious on many levels like navigating between pages takes a healthy 10 seconds at least.

If I had the API documentation for this app for sure I’d have made a much better looking app in a matter of days.

Try something like the design of the CIB app or your own QNB app or at least if you want this card to be like telda or instapay try taking a look at their apps.

I didn’t get my credit card i’ve been waiting for few months now and still nothing

### 2/5 — Slow loading times

Loading in takes a while to load, around 5 minutes when timed.
This makes the application completely unreliable for checking balance and the sorts.
Maybe this might be a problem with IOS?

### 3/5 — A Good App with a bug & missing feature

I’ve got my account two weeks ago since then every time I sign in and use the app I suffer from its delay, It’s a half minute maybe more to fetch the data for any page I click on to enter.
The missing feature is sign in with FaceID since it’s not convenient to enter the user name and password every time I sign on, it’s not allowed me to paste them in the fields.
One last feature,
The Apple Pay support to add the card to it.

Otherwise, the banking experience is new in Egypt and promising.
