This app is so easy and quick and really works. I’m 59 years old and I look better now than I did 20 years ago. I’m very toned!
Update 2024 still killing it with this app. I get a lot of compliments on looking great at 60 yeras old.

First of all, I'm female. Nowhere does this app specify these are man exercises. However, I've adapted by doing modified versions of the exercises, except for the last one, side plank, which is impossible; so I do cool-down stretches instead (The vids work fine btw). Suggestion: it would be great if the exercise order could also be customized. Otherwise, I'm finding this app quite helpful, thanks :-)

I liked the older version of this app with the male voice and louder ticking. The new version had an annoying female voice and very faint ticking. I hope they switch back to the older version.

I haven't worked out in so long, I always found excuses....I'm too tired, I don't have the time, and many more. But breaking it down to 7 minutes at a time makes working out seem less daunting. Getting back in shape 7 minutes at a time. ;-)

A panel that was once accessible is no longer and I can't do my 60 sec workout anymore. Stuck with just 30 sec. Not a fan of that last "upgrade".
