## What is QoL Companion?

Created by a veterinarian, QoL Companion helps you understand, monitor, and support your pet's quality of life at home — at every age and stage of life.

Through simple, regular assessments, QoL Companion helps you establish what's normal for your individual pet and recognise subtle but meaningful changes over time, across five key aspects of wellbeing: Comfort, Appetite, Sleep, Curiosity and Connection.

By tracking everyday wellbeing and displaying trends over time, QoL Companion provides real insight into your pet's quality of life between vet visits. These insights can help you recognise changes earlier, have more meaningful conversations with your veterinary team, and make informed decisions together with greater confidence.

Free version includes:
- Unlimited quality-of-life assessments for one pet
- Pain and overall wellbeing score
- Trends and calendar view over time
- Practical home-care and emergency guidance
- Support for end-of-life decisions

Paid version (QoL Companion Premium) includes everything in Free, PLUS:
- Disease-specific monitoring tools, including arthritis, kidney disease, heart disease, cancer, cognitive decline and more
- Add medications and set reminders for dosing
- Upload photos and videos to track changes and share with your vet
- Body condition and weight tracking
- Downloadable summary reports to share with your vet team
- Ability to add up to 5 pets

Created for dogs and cats of all ages — not only senior or unwell pets — QoL Companion works alongside professional veterinary care to help you and your veterinarian provide the best possible support for your pet, every step of the way.

QoL Companion does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it does not replace veterinary advice, examinations, or visits.
