## What is Qomuniti?

Qomuniti is an Estate Management Application with the following features;

-Security and Visitor Access Control
-Residents one-to-one chat
-Estate Information management
-Ewallet and epayment management with debit cards
-Estate Services digital request and invoicing.
-Panic button during emergencies.

It can be used within enclosed residential areas to manage residents while automating various activities within the estate which lead to proper management of the estate.
