No phone support which is ok, but only if your chat line support is quick which is not the case. A fuir *2026-04-10* Je paye plus de 250€ par mois et j’ai une petite start up. Ils facturent tout, mais ne répondent à rien. Rien n’est à la hauteur du prix engagé. J’ai souvent des bugs, des blocages injustifiés et d’autres soucis qui mettent à mal mon activité. Ils ont des partenaires de paiement en ligne qui mettent 7 à 10j pour débloquer les fonds, et ils prennent environ 2% de chaque transaction. A croire que les virements sont envoyés par colis. J’essaye en parallèle d’ouvrir une autre structure depuis fin Février avec mes associés. On a avancé un peu moins de 2000€ pour tous les frais (domiciliation, greffe, banque en ligne etc). Depuis, toujours rien, ni statuts, ni capital déposé, ni rien. On a perdu un gros client et on est toujours pas remboursé par QONTO pour les frais avancés, demande faite le 25 Mars. Nous sommes le 10 Avril. L’ouverture de boîte la plus longue de l’histoire. On est baladé d’agents en agents, de tickets en tickets, mais personne n’a trouvé de solution. On ne sait même pas ce qui a été fait ou pas. Il faut juste attendre qu’on revienne vers nous 😂 des fous. Bref, fuyez braves gens, d’autres solutions type LegalPlace sont très bien pour les ouvertures, et Revolut a l’air aussi beaucoup plus sûr et mieux géré si vous cherchez une banque en ligne. 🙏 **Developer response:** Bonjour, Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour cette expérience et comprenons totalement votre frustration. We accidentally appointed non-European colleague as account holder, and as a result (???) the account was deactivated. And we wanted to fix this issue by appoint another European colleague, and we were asked to close the account. Because the non- European account holder cannot appoint another account.
