I’ve never written an app review in my LIFE but this app frustrates me to no end. When I order takeout it says you will be notified when the order is ready. I have NEVER received the notification that its ready and I always end up calling the restaurant to check and they say it’s been ready for 5/10 minutes and they updated on the app… this has to be some kind of bug. Please fix.

This app has some of the most mindbogglingly bad design I have ever experienced in an iOS app. Why have they reimplemented the standard iOS keyboard in search? Why is it at the top of the screen? Why does the app completely reset my cart when I sign up for the first time? It must have taken extra effort to do things this way and all I can ask is… why? Why do all that extra work for a worse experience?

You don’t have anywhere to report an issue within your app so I’ll leave a bad review here I guess. The app is trying to charge me double! It’s up to date, closed and reopened, still trying to charge me double no matter what I add into my card. 
Hope it gets fixed soon so people aren’t overcharged.
