After you paid your order the Qoo10 team was like never know how to trace or check from their system, and ask you to prove head to toe, including revealing by showing YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER. Every single reply from you, they will take A Working Day to Reply. From logging in (with multiple attempts to no avail with the correct info) to being overwhelmed with information overload of sales, images, text cluttered on the home page to a poor search experience that results in unrelated items thoughtlessly indexed. I’d want to recommend a better shopping app, but Lazada is not that much better. If only Amazon (extraordinarily better experience) could distribute its product inventory to APAC without the hefty import fees. Avoid Q0010!
