## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not user friendly

*2021-09-24*

Wish it was easier to use for the end user and had updates with customer feedback

### 1/5 — Most inane interface I’ve seen

*2021-05-26*

The designers of this app tried really hard to make it difficult to use, and they succeeded beyond their wildest expectations ….

You must use an invite code to start logging on, before you’re allowed to enter user if and password. No FaceID support. No two factor authentication. It takes four touches to log out because they hide the logout button.

Very poor app that needs an overhaul to be user friendly. Not recommended.

### 1/5 — Poorly designed

*2020-10-07*

No iPad app. Call option almost never works. Have to enter the one time invite code from any device you install on instead of just letting you login. The availability option is a joke to use. Seems no user testing done. Release notes are so vague you have no idea what was in any particular update.

### 2/5 — What happens when Silicon Valley says “there’s an app for that”

*2020-12-20*

Imagine that two people want to work together to share and learn. In the old world, you would probably meet via friends, or a recommendation. Now, with qooper, that’s all old hat. Gone is the human talking to a human, to be replaced with a wafer thin skin over fire base. Out with ambiguity, in with the spotless precision of two algorithms assigning you a mentor based on keywords—what could be simpler, more egalitarian.

Seriously, just don’t. This is a weird way to interact with people, even before we get into what happens when you try to smash it out and keep it real for your MVP.

### 3/5 — Pretty glitchy

*2025-05-02*

Cool concept but a lot of functions don’t work consistently

### 5/5 — So easy and helpful!

*2024-03-12*

The app has definitely made some updates and the UX is so easy to navigate. Everything is tied together with my calendar, which is a lifesaver. I use both the desktop and app and they run seamlessly.

### 5/5 — Great Mobile App to Access Mentorship Programs

*2024-03-12*

This app is clean, intuitive and easy to use. Highly recommend as everyone in my organization enjoys it too.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2024-03-12*

I like having Qooper right on my phone to use for my mentoring program. Simple and easy to use!

### 5/5 — Clean, Easy to Use

*2020-11-14*

The app is really easy to use. I know where to find what I’m looking for in seconds. The appearance is clean and on point. The app makes good updates to improve the user experience in general.

### 5/5 — I love how easy the user interface is

*2019-04-25*

Super easy to use, lots of features and I get support from my mentor conveniently.
Thank you!
