## What is QOR360 FitterSitter?

The FitterSitter App lets you track your calories burned in an active chair.  By using your iPhone's built in accelerometer, you can now track your movement as you sit throughout the day.  Developed by Dr. Turner Osler (a trauma surgeon) the aim of this is to increase movement time while sitting to help people live healthier lives, and offset the negative health consequences of "sitting disease" and sedentary lifestyle.

The FitterSitter app:
- calculates calories burned
- translates calories burned into steps taken, minutes ran, miles biked, miles walked, and lifetime minutes saved
- includes two games: Dot in the Spot™, and Pelvic Clock (developed from the Feldenkrais Method™)
- allows calibration
- allows for desktop app via web browser and link to iPhone, so you can track calories and play the games on screen with your phone in your pocket
