Pay in hryvnia with LiqPay, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and get paid out in your own currency. Inspectors in Ukraine can add a local IBAN payout method and set their own minimum price. Open a dispute on a finished inspection and talk to QOVO Support directly. Change requests, chat and the inspector map were rebuilt: chat now updates live, map pins no longer stack on top of each other, and long vehicle names and large text no longer break a layout. A one-time currency sheet confirms your currency on first use, and a banner flags when it needs attention. - **Apple Pay & Google Pay** — pay for an inspection straight from your wallet, alongside the existing card row. - **Ukrainian payouts** — inspectors in Ukraine can add a local IBAN payout method with holder name and tax ID, set their own minimum price against a live country price benchmark, and choose the currency they earn in. - **Dispute an inspection** — clients can open a dispute on a completed inspection within a 14-day window, with clear refund information and a direct QOVO Support chat. You can't open a second dispute on the same order, and the dispute card stays dismissed once you hide it. - **Ad attribution & App Tracking Transparency** — the app asks for tracking permission once, right after onboarding (iOS), so we can tell which campaign brought you to Qovo and show fewer, better-targeted ads. Your data is never sold. ### Changed - **Change requests redesigned** — banner, sheet and toasts rebuilt to the new design, with inline editing, resolution info blocks, a cancel-request confirmation sheet, and a calendar marking both the old and the new date. - **Better location and city pickers** — canonical address inputs, a paginated all-cities picker, and change-of-location prefilled from your saved address. - **Chat updates live** — the chat list refreshes the moment a message arrives and again when you open the tab, instead of waiting for a manual pull. - **Orders** — inspectors see per-car details and an agreed total on multi-vehicle orders, order cards show the price actually paid, and there's a direct "go to order" action. Order status refreshes on return, and swipe-back no longer interrupts payment. - **Inspector map** — avatars on pins, co-located inspectors are separated instead of stacking, and panning is noticeably smoother. - **Inspector availability** — added an end-time picker when setting availability windows. - **Push notifications open the right place** — tapping a notification deep-links straight to the relevant chat or order, refreshes order status live, and hydrates the chat header/avatar on open. - **Localization & language** — inline language picker, locale-aware country sorting, auto-refresh of favorites when you switch language, and voice-note transcription appended to the message. ### Fixed - **App no longer freezes on a cold start** while restoring from the clipboard. - **No more phantom sign-up screen on app restart** — reopening the app no longer briefly re-triggers the sign-up flow for already-registered users. - **Bonus balance** is no longer offered on hryvnia orders, where it doesn't apply. - **Withdrawals** warn you clearly when the payout currency doesn't match your balance. - **Layout fixes** — home header, inspection status chips, and create-flow summary labels no longer overflow with long text; blank service labels and the profile menu divider were corrected. - **Location pickers** now handle city-only locations correctly. - **Service-area map** camera now frames your area correctly when you open it. - **Payments terms and landing links** now open the right destination. - **Localization parity** — replaced hardcoded strings and filled missing translations across payout, change-request, dispute, and AI-chat screens.
