Sign in with Google, Apple, or just a phone number — no password needed. Explore the app before you sign up: browse inspectors on the map, read a sample report and check prices. Payments are clearer, with live status in chat and on your order plus a proper result screen. Address search now understands the city and country you typed and names the place under the pin, not the road it stands on. And the whole interface moved onto one design system, so colours, icons and dark mode are consistent.

### 2.1.1 — 2026-08-15

Your home screen is now a map. Clients see their vehicles and the inspectors available around each one; inspectors see a map of vehicles waiting nearby and can send a friendly "I'm nearby" offer. Adding a vehicle is a guided three-step flow with a location picker, and orders got cleaner cards with My orders / Shared with me tabs. Everything loads faster thanks to lighter payloads and cached photos, plus plenty of smaller fixes.

- **Map on the client home** — see your vehicles and the inspectors available around each one, with quick tap-through to an inspector's profile or your vehicle card.
- **Map on the inspector home** — nearby client vehicles, your upcoming inspections and open requests, all in one view with a swipe-up list.
- **"I'm nearby" offers** — inspectors can offer an inspection on a suitable vehicle in their area; the owner decides in a dedicated chat. Offers are rate-limited and can be muted.
- **Vehicle location** — set where the car actually is when adding or editing a vehicle, so we match inspectors to the vehicle, not to you.

Pay in hryvnia with LiqPay, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and get paid out in your own currency. Inspectors in Ukraine can add a local IBAN payout method and set their own minimum price. Open a dispute on a finished inspection and talk to QOVO Support directly. Change requests, chat and the inspector map were rebuilt: chat now updates live, map pins no longer stack on top of each other, and long vehicle names and large text no longer break a layout. Plus a long list of smaller fixes and UI polish.

- **Pay in UAH with LiqPay** — Ukrainian clients can pay for inspections in hryvnia, with saved cards and a faster repeat checkout. A one-time currency sheet confirms your currency on first use, and a banner flags when it needs attention.
- **Apple Pay & Google Pay** — pay for an inspection straight from your wallet, alongside the existing card row.
- **Ukrainian payouts** — inspectors in Ukraine can add a local IBAN payout method with holder name and tax ID, set their own minimum price against a live country price benchmark, and choose the currency they earn in.
- **Dispute an inspection** — clients can open a dispute on a completed inspection within a 14-day window, with clear refund information and a direct QOVO Support chat. You can't open a second dispute on the same order, and the dispute card stays dismissed once you hide it.
- **Ad attribution & App Tracking Transparency** — the app asks for tracking permission once, right after onboarding (iOS), so we can tell which campaign brought you to Qovo and show fewer, better-targeted ads. Your data is never sold.

Sprint S5 — a reworked ordering flow built around **chat-based price negotiation** (agree a price with the inspector, then pay), the new **Essential & Expert** inspection types, an **inspector visibility gate** with guided profile setup, and **automatic translation** of content written by other users. This is a major flow change, so all clients are moved to 2.0.0.

### Added
- **Negotiation ordering (pay after you agree)** — instead of paying upfront, you send an inspection request from the vehicle review and start a chat with the inspector. The inspector sends a price offer (broken down per vehicle for multi-car requests), you can counter, and once you accept you get a pay-now countdown window to complete payment. Chat shows offer / counter / waiting / paid cards, a negotiation event-log timeline, the agreed currency, and a "go to chat" action after payment. Unpaid requests auto-expire after one week with one-tap re-request.
- **Essential & Expert inspection types** — inspectors choose a type during onboarding and each derives its own form. Expert inspections require the inspector to upload their own photo/video evidence before completing, with an upload flow showing progress and error states. Equipment and service labels come from the backend and are localized.
- **Inspector visibility gate + guided setup** — inspectors with an incomplete profile (no service area or missing requirements) are hidden from client search until they finish a new step-by-step setup covering service area, payout details, and profile completion. Clients now see clearer "no services available" states.
- **Automatic content translation** — messages, inspection details, disputes, reviews, delivery addresses, and service names written by other users are auto-translated into your app language, with a "Translated / Show original" chip (globe icon + source-language name). Covers 5–6 locales.

- **Referral program** — every account gets a unique referral code to share (native share sheet + deep link); a new user can enter a code at signup, and when they complete their first order the referrer earns a wallet bonus. A dedicated Invite Friends page shows your code, total earned, and a referral history ledger (credits and bonus-spend rows merged by date). Referral pushes open the Invite Friends screen directly.
