Disgusting horrible app that does not work. When you enter the ticket number, the app crashes. Such a disgusting app

### 1/5 — Problem paying for tickets by entering ticket number.

Many times whenever I try to pay for my parking ticket in “Doha Souq Waqif” by entering ticket number manually, I get an error message saying that I have to go and pay for my parking ticket in “cashier” or ticket machines. I have never tried to pay using the other methods such as “scan QR code or barcode”  due to their absence in my ticket, but I assume they will have the same issue.

For me, unfortunately the application at this point is useless.

I hope there will be an update soon to resolve this issue.
