Let me explain why.
1. Fees are too high and irrelevant in some cases(cash by code fees)
2. They used card as a funding source so fees are applicable in everywhere. 
3. There is an option called transaction control which doesn’t work. 
3. Fund transfer between card also expensive and useless. 
 
So where is the facility adding/using bank account which uses same network?

This is good initiative which gives real time fund transfer and credit card bill payment. First time it gives an option to use NPSB from the end user end. Excellent.
