I had to reset my phone and that deleted all the apps including this one, I thought maybe my authenticators would save cause I created an account an all and paid subscription. But unfortunately when I opened the app it was as if I had opened it for the first time, I logged into my account and it was blank, all my 7 gone. Some accounts I was able to save by ringing up but some accounts I lost using this app. I contacted the support team and they weren’t able to recover my authentications I created…. This experience has taught me not to use 2FA because it’s easier to lose then an email or phone number.
