App has problems and can’t go I to history. Can’t change anything. Paying for my subscription too. Very frustrating.

I paid for the subscription and everything was working fine up until a couple months ago where I started encountering “a problem occurred” anytime I want to create a QR code. It’s disappointing, I can’t even edit my existing QR codes. If I try from a new account wanting to pay again - it still won’t work! Please fix this, it’s otherwise a great app. Thank you!
