Says it is free but it is really not!

### 1/5 — Be aware they take money well before it’s due.

I download the app on the 30th Sept at 21:30 and started the premium which included 3 free days, the app wasn’t fit for my purpose and was cancelled on the 3rd Oct. Next morning 4th Oct I find that Apple have taken payment on the 3rd Oct 13:30, 2 and a half days, this is theft and would like my money back. 
I applied for a refund and was refused, I’ve now had to appeal the decision.

According to Apple’s policy, a subscription must be canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period to avoid being charged. The app is designed to get you to “accidentally” sign up for a paid subscription and then provides no means to cancel or alter your subscription. Hopefully customer service responds and fixes the “mistake.” Don’t get this app.
