I wanted specifically a QR code with an embedded logo and it did just that. I wish the UI was a bit better, I wish it could save a library of past generated QR codes and remind me which URL I used, and I wish I could customize the size of the logo. Besides that it did the trick.

It created a barcode for my personal website.  Now what am I supposed to do with it?  But, if you need a barcode-creator, this has lots of options for making it look nice.
